Compensation
- Pay Range: $25-$30/per hour session (based on experience + performance)
- Gratuities: 100% go to you
- Commission: $20 for zen hot stone sessions
What We Provide

Ideal Candidate Has…
- Arizona Massage License (in good standing)
- Liability insurance
- Strong skills in Swedish and deep tissue

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Front Desk / Client Care Coordinator, you’ll support both clients and therapists to keep the studio running smoothly.
Client Care & Scheduling
- Answer incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Manage cancellations and rescheduling with care and clear communication
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle gift certificates
Studio Support
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk area
- Assist therapists and estheticians as needed (similar to a porter role)
- Help ensure smooth transitions between sessions
- Support a calm, organized flow throughout the day
