About Linda

After moving from Southern California to Arizona 18 years ago in search of blue sky, nature, and genuine community, Linda found her calling in massage therapy.

As co-owner of Spirit & Body Massage in Prescott Valley, she believes massage is more than physical care — it’s a partnership in well-being. Together with founder Katie, Linda has helped expand Spirit & Body Massage into an award-winning wellness studio recognized throughout Prescott Valley. She manages operations, creative direction, and outreach while continuing to see clients in the treatment room. Spirit & Body’s community involvement includes events, fundraisers, and partnerships that bring the benefits of massage to those who need it most.

Approach & Philosophy

Every massage with Linda is intentional and adaptive. She begins by listening — to what you share and to what your body reveals — then tailors her techniques to meet you where you are that day.

Her style is calm, connected, and intuitive, favoring “coaxing” over force. Using warm towels, heated stones, connective-tissue work, and precise stretching, she encourages muscles to release naturally while maintaining a serene rhythm that quiets the nervous system.

Real Clients. Real 5-Star Experiences

It’s worth the wait to get an appointment — they are booked for a reason! Linda did a fabulous job of removing the muscle stress in my neck. She took the time to ask questions throughout the session to gauge the response to the manipulations and heat she used. ~LB

Linda was clearly very experienced in her skill. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. I only regret was that my 60 minutes were up too soon😂Look forward to my next visit…. ~LC

Linda, Beyond the Massage Table

When she’s not in the studio, Linda is often off on another adventure — hiking to a waterfall, kayaking across a crystal-blue lake, or watching the sunrise from a hot-air balloon. Inspired by art, nature, and the beauty of different cultures, she loves discovering new places, tasting local flavors, and seeking out once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Closer to home, Linda’s curiosity and love of learning have led her to study WATSU®, a form of aquatic bodywork that brings together her interests in movement, water, and therapeutic touch.
